We’ve lost some of the top current coaches in the NFL. I’m not about to lose the best talent evaluator in the NFL (yes, he has proven to be the best).
Kyle Shanarat (fired w/ his GM/coach daddy who couldn’t pick defensive players or coaches, his downfall) Matt LaFleur left when Shanarat was fired Sean McVay came to Washington with Shanarat but was retained by Gruden Arthur Smith OC Titans, the son of Fedex founder Fred Smith, Gibbs brought him as a QC assistant for 2 years. He will probably be an NFL coach next year Kevin O’Connell will also probably be a head coach candidate next year.
