Cousins made it clear for 2+ years that he wasn't staying here for any amount of money. He fleeced the team with multiple franchise tags that prevented us from building around him. Smith was the best option at the time, no regrets here. Hitting on a draft pick, even in Round 1, is a crapshoot.
