You are absolutely 100% correct. Yes, we are building a team but some people seem to miss the point that we need to do whatever it takes to keep our young QB upright so he can learn his job and not have his body wrecked. I have no problem whatsoever with signing both Warford and Peters to 1 or 2 year deals. We have the cap space.

By adding those two players we might even be able to win while team building. That would be ideal in my mind.

There is nothing wrong with continuing to draft and develop young O-Linemen while using quality vets as short-term starters for now in order to protect our starting QB. Whenever a young player can beat out one of the older players he can start.
