Only someone unknown like O’Connell would come here to work under BA & Snyder. Having a poor GM like BA is a huge handicap to any new HC.
The last 20 years has proved that Snyder’s system of management and owner intrusion has been a complete failure for even the best HC. Until BA is replaced by a real, NFL-savvy GM and Snyder takes his hands off this team, no HC can succeed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
