Penn isn't the answer. He's done. If he has to play significant time it won't be good. Should have just given Ty the money and not overpaid Collins imo. You can get by with average safety play. A back up tackle who can play both sides is crucial. Especially on a team that has injury prone starters at tackle. That to me is more important than overpaying Collins.

Under the circumstances, having Penn is a lot better than not having him. He is better than Flowers.

2017 wasn’t that long ago. Im holding out hope he can get us through the year. Because TW is never putting on a Skins uniform again.
