That's the beauty of a contract like that. I bet Kirk has an even better year next year, but if they miss the playoffs again he will be remembered as a failure.

If you're thinking about the possibility of Gregg Williams becoming the Skins HC, just know that there isn't enough kumbaya in the universe to overcome Williams' hatred of Dan Snyder.
