Joe Gibbs coached plenty of guys w/ questionable character. Did he cut Sean Taylor after he got into a few off the field incidents? Dexter Manley had a few too and he got 2nd and 3rd chances. Everyone is treated differently based on how good you are. There's a clip on one of the Americas Game episodes where Jimmy Johnson cut a back up LB for falling asleep in a meeting. He was asked if Aikman did the same what would happen. Johnson replied, " I'd simply tap Troy on the shoulder and tell him to wake up."

I'm all for talent acquisition but at some point Character has to come into play. I don't think the team is overlooking this either.
