No way. Jay not only doesn’t call a good game, but they are constantly ill prepared. Wtf does he bring to the table worth a HC salary?

I agree....for some reason I like Gruden...but I don't love him....he needs a OC to call the plays....there's something off about Gruden's play calling that wasn't an issue in Cincinnati....it's like he's regressed as a play caller quite a bit.

Not being able to call Dalton to Green every play can have that effect
