Because the team has a hidden gem named Simmie Cobbs on the practice squad....Cobbs was 1st team ALL BIG TEN last year for Indiana...I've seen his Hoosier highlights...how he went undrafted I have no idea...

Yes they must surely be incompetent....because with a talent like Cobbs they are keeping him on the practice squad risking the possibility of another team signing him to their own practice squad....the Redskins should have activated Cobbs to the 53 man roster weeks ago.
