Chris went through some of his breakdowns.
He identified several ways to make plays that will be recorded as pressures by Next Gen Stats (they consider it a pressure if the player is close to the QB when the pass is thrown)... but are uneffective-lazy-useless plays.

Cooley also made a really good point: if Smith really is a top pass rusher, out of the many passing plays he had, out of all these statistical pressures, how come he didn't get to the QB more?

Don't get me wrong, I like Smith, I hope he stays here, he improved last year, having a good DL will help him, but he's not a top 10 pass rusher.
