You notice that Garcon put out a comment today right? Hypothetically, let's say the Skins are zeroing in on the numbers that make Cousins contract work, and they reached out to Garcon with a lowball number which prompted his note to instagram.
Joe Flacco, who everyone knew was going to re-sign after the Superbowl actually signed his 2 days before the expiration of the FT period.
It may take longer, ie until Monday, but I assume that right now they are putting their final offers together, and I think Thursday/Friday is when they will come to agreement.
