True. My issues with Gruden are more as a leader though. I feel like he won't ever get the team beyond a certain point. In a lot of big games they don't seem to show up for him. And its clear he makes poor decisions when it comes to the defensive coaching staff. I just feel like he's one of these guys who's more suited to just be a coordinator. Now I don't know if McVay is anything more then a coordinator either but you never really know that until you give them a shot.
