Maybe I am in the minority but I think I would fire Jay and promote McVay. McVay brings in Wade and keeps most of the offensive staff in place. Just not a believer in Gruden and feel like he is probably a year away from being fired anyway. Keeping McVay over Gruden ensures that we have the offense we need for Kirk in place for years. Plus he will hire a good DC...and we have seen what happens when that decision is left up to Jay.

It may sound crazy but it's not unlike what Tampa Bay and the Giants did last year.
