Cant open your link. I imagine it is anti obama. Lol. Bottom line is "allowing" and "stopping" are two totally different things. He is not allowing anything to happen, and I believe the general public thinks there is some easy way to stop it. The President is just the guy (or girl) who gets blamed. It will be someone else next, than someone else, etc etc.
I mean whether you love him or hate him how is the POTUS responsible for France anyway?
