Imo Kirk is certainly middle of the pack now but i feel he is towards the top of that group. I believe if things are done properly around him over this off season he can be a difference maker.

Well right, but I don't think he has shown quite enough for us at the fan level to say for certain that his ceiling is much higher than what he's shown in his better games this season. The hope is that the GM and Coaches know though, and will act accordingly.
