Re: Around the NFL- Week 13

All things considered other than Dallas, I'd say it is still anyone's division. None of the other three teams including us are consistent enough at anything to look at the schedule and make too much out of the opponents listed.

Think about this for a second; If the playoffs were a non-issue this season. As in, someone was running away with the division. I think we'd all still be happy that we were 5-6 and still technically "in the hunt." The division happens to be awful, so it is giving three .500 teams life when in most seasons they would have none at this point.

The NFC East outside of a few isolated seasons lately seems to be a division that is routinely won by a team who's record is not up to par with other division leaders. Playoffs or no playoffs this season we can't lose sight of the bigger picture.

I think this should have a caption contest - here's mine:

Exactly.

I mean kudos for going into NE and getting a W. They played a great game on special teams, pretty good on defense too, but that is not at all the same Patriots team of even a couple weeks ago. The fact that NE even had a chance at the end is a testament to how good Philly is not...

Re: Around the NFL- Week 13

Worst part of that game was not Brady trying to tackle but Bradfore throwing for 120 yards on 14 completions and running around pumping his fist like he was the man. Dude is a joke and I was soooo wrong about him having a renaissance in Philly. He should be a backup - maybe.

Re: Around the NFL- Week 13

Honestly, another week of horrifically bad officiating. Let's hope that doesn't continue tonight.
