Sometimes college athletic programs care more about winning than peoples' lives...I'm in Penn State territory, I know this. ADs and boosters will look the other way for the wins and cash that comes with it.

That is the same case in almost every profession.

Money>People's lives.

And in sports... Wins=Money

It just happens in a more obvious fashion in the sports world.
