Champ Bailey wasn't staying in DC no matter what, allegedly for personal reasons. Gibbs got a steal giving Bailey and a 2nd rounder for Portis, who broke the Redskins single season rushing record, and IMO carried the Skins a lot more than Bailey and Tatum Bell did the Broncos.
