I believe that for sure. You can tell imo the culture is a better place than it was before.

The only thing is Shanny seems to rub some players the wrong way. Like Morgan and Fred Davis. He loved Fred Davis last year, but this year FD is skipping meetings, sleeping in meeting, etc. Someone wasnt pro active or this wasnt handled correctly. Or why was he even brought back when we needed money...
