Re: skins eagles postgame
I wonder whether there will be efforts to start evaluating players since the season is over. Specifically, I wonder whether the following folks will see any PT: Nield, Gumbs, Brandon Jenkins -- heck, even get Fred Davis back out there (especially if Reed is hurt) and let him get some reps and perhaps bolster his trade value (which is nil at the moment). I would not put LeRib out there -- RGIII would get killed. In fact, I would cut the guy now and bring up someone (anyone) from the PS and see what he can do.

Re: skins eagles postgame
This is depressing -- I just noted this statistic that was posted before the game: A win would "… make Shanahan the first Redskins head coach to win in Philadelphia in consecutive years since Joe Gibbs in 1988-89."
We haven't won in Philly in consecutive years in 24 years!? Man, that's a long time of suck. It's been so long since we were a winning franchise -- I am honestly forgetting what it feels like. |

Re: skins eagles postgame
Which was predictable given the significant free agent losses after the Super Bowl and Pitta going on IR before the season. They've had occasional down cycles before, but never for long, because Ozzy has drafted so well over the years. I admire their stability. We seem to have constant drama here.
