Not last series, SD had an easy time. Like Peyton did second half against us.

The defense cannot keep stopping an opponent's offense the whole time, this is not an elite defense that can win a game by itself. The offense is a far bigger problem than the defense.

See that's something wrong with our society now (or maybe I'm just noticing it more). Since when is "our O sucks" a valid defense for our D?

Kyle Shanahan isn't the reason our D is ranked 31st (next to worst) in giving up points/game, and 29th in giving up yds/game. LINK

You mean how the offense didn't score any points while the defense kept Peyton Manning to 7 points int he first half of that game? Or how the offense and special teams were responsible for about 21 points scored by the Cowboys on that Sunday night game.

I'm not saying that the defense is the best, but I am not not being too simple minded to say that they are the problem.

We don't have enough talent in the defense to have an anemic offense, and our offense cannot outscore our opponents and overcome a mediocre defense. Both units need to be playing well, otherwise they will affect each other's performance.

The D ended up folding like a cheap tent in Denver. No excuses. Didn't do that well in the Dallas game either.
