Feel really bad for the Grambling kids. Cant believe the school administration agreed to a clause to pay 250K a year to Williams if fired. Not a good coach and now is stealing from an underfunded program.

Geniune question: Is Doug Williams a bad coach? He won 3 consecutive SWAC championships at Grambling 2000-2002 before going to the Bucs front office, and won another championship his second stint at Grambling in 2011.

And getting paid according to your contract isn't stealing. Instead, it looks like the president and administration at Grambling have a lot to answer for. Player staph infections? Mold on players pads and in the locker rooms? Taking plane rides while the team rides on a bus? Taking a plane to games anyways when supposedly the whole university is short of money?
