Re: Madden 25

Madden 25 is pretty good. Incremental improvements over last year but improvements regardless. The read option stuff is fun, the hit stick finally feels useful again, and they cleaned up the physics issues from last year. The player celebrations are pretty cool too, Morris does his home run swing after a TD. Griffin kneels and prays then points a finger to the sky.

The first few games I played I admit I wasn't having much fun. Even on slow the game speed feels fast. Perhaps because I was so used to NCAA.

Also got to tweak the sliders to your liking.

Did they fixed that whole problem of the runningback collapsing to the floor even when he is barely touched by a defensive player? I didn't like that in last year's Madden.

It still happens once in a while, but for the most part they've cleaned up that stuff.

If anything the backs are maybe a little overpowered. You can truck the shit out of the defense. Morris will plow through a couple of guys before he goes down. Stiff arms are nasty too. I've had to turn up the tackling slider for the D.

Re: Madden 25

Running is really easy this year (maybe it's just AlfMo & RGIII). I'm thinking of adjusting the sliders a bit to compensate.
