Maybe not the most news worthy but definatly entertaining.

Once summer in college, when I wanted some extra money I worked on that corner doing public relations...seriously...and no, I wasn't a Pimp. I was the Playa President!!! Seriously though, worked there one summer. Saw the occasional "Champagne" if I was at the office late enough. Ben's Chili Bowl for lunch
