GMs don't motivate, they build teams. We need Bethard 2.0, Gibbs 2.0 without Bethard 2.0 is a very good coach, just not a Superbowl winner. You need player to win. It takes the right 100 people to do that. One coach, no matter who it is, cannot win with a sucky team, look at Darth hoodie.
