So who is the cap expert here? Just how much $ does this team have to spend - compared to other teams? First thing before going crazy on spending is re-sign Scherff and Allen, have Smith and Collins reduce their salaries if possible. Don’t get crazy spending money cause we have more key FA’s the next year.
