10.8 million was rolled over from last years unused cap. I get being smart, rolling over cap ... but at some point do we fully commit to going all in on winning?

when do we say, this is the year we go 100% to winning?
Drafting chase young isn't going to make us a winner right now, I'd just stock up on picks and add more talent
