For one thing, Gruden and co have delivered. Yeah the defense is mediocre, but the personnel are hacks or rooks for the most part sans Norman and Kerrigan. Next point is, who are you going to get to replace Gruden? Rehire Norv? We need a HC that is going to stick around and entrench a winning system. Barry gets a pass until we land a stud DT or two, plus a run stopper LB.
