The moral is that if you are famous/have money or both, the legal system in this country allows for you to escape prosecution. The DA obviously doesn't have enough evidence to even charge Vick, much less win a court case. Especially after the Duke lax scandal, prosecutors are becoming more and more wary of fallacious charges or ones that won't stick and end up costing the taxpayers a ton of money, so I don't expect Vick to be charged unless something concrete surfaces out (like a paper trail NOT just conjecture). Without charges being drawn against Vick, Goodell cannot suspend him without major criticism. Sucks to be him right now cuz you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
