I'm pretty sure you already know that your wild leap to conclusion doesn't follow at all from what I said.
First of all no where do I suggest
firing a coach. Second I said the HC/playcaller plays a role and Callahan is neither. He has no power or authority over which plays are called he's merely a 'suggestor' as you put.
