A win and some help.
With a win and losses by Dal, Minn, and Atl we would clinch a playoff berth. All three have loseable games.
Dal @ Car Minn @ Bal Atl @ TB. All road games against teams good or decent teams. We need to take care of business against the NYG. How do you follow up the biggest game at FedEx in history? With a bigger game the next week. |

Re: A win and some help.
I just hope the team can stay focused and they don't have a letdown against NY. That win against Dallas was HUGE, probably the biggest win we've seen in a very, very long time. But their work is far from finished, it's payback time against NY!!!

Re: A win and some help.
If they have to try to get motivated for this game I would be disappointed. Basically a playoff game against a team that everyone knows isn't any better than the Skins and a team that relentlessly pounded the skins last time. There seems to be no need for extra motivation. Everyone plays this week. F&*&ing tape Thomas' leg up with some coat hangers and duct tape. Do whatever has to be done.
By the way I love Randy Thomas about as much as I have ever loved a Redskins player. When was the last time a guy who just broke his leg and is done for the season came out to do interviews and basically never talked about himself? You could tell that the leg hadn't ruined the experience of being part of such a great win. What a guy to have on your team. |

Re: A win and some help.
What's interesting about this coming week is that the last time we blew a team out this year (49ers) we played the Giants the following week. Well, guess what?
Anyway, I think Tiki will pose some problems for us. But for anyone that thinks he'll make swiss cheese of our D like he did to KC is nuts. It wasn't hard to see they had the worst tackling game, perhaps of the year. If we can just wrap the guy up, we'll keep him around a hundred or so. |

Re: A win and some help.
I'm thinking that the drubbing the Skins took earlier in the year in NY will be enough motivation for these guys, and of couse the playoffs is the ultimate carrot on the stick right now.

Re: A win and some help.
I'm pumped/nervous, I hate being in must-win situations, I am just waiting for the year in which we just dominate, and make it to the playoffs without even trying. But hey atleast us Redskins fans get every dollar's worth of excitement, down to the wire.

Re: A win and some help.
So basically, if we win 1 of the next 2 AND neither Minn, Atl, nor Dallas win out, then we are in the playoffs.
Minn: @Baltimore, Chi Atl: @Tampa Bay, Car Dallas: @Car, St. Louis |

Re: A win and some help.
I think the gints are going to think we're a pushover, even with our win against Dallas--they crushed us last time, and no doubt expect to do so again, no matter what they say in the press. This time, it's in our house. Stop Tiki, and we win, IMO.
