Antonio Brown - electric feet....but electric hands too!

Anyone else get a little surge of adrenalin when Brown is waiting under a kick off/punt? He looks like a big play waiting to happen at any time, for either team. If he catches and holds on to the ball he is lightening quick with electric feet. However, he also has electric hands and seems just as likely to fumble it. Makes him very exciting to watch as he could be a game changer, for good or bad. As long as he makes big plays like he did against Arizona I hope that people forgive the inevitable, odd bad play. People like him make watching football great.

Brown probably just needs either more coaching or better decision making in when to return or not return a ball. Thing with Brown as I can see Gibbs pulling him out with a reverse or something later on. Rather have Brown back there than Morton. I believe Brown has as many run backs for TD's for the Redskins as Morton did?

I think Brown could be an important part of this roster for many years to come, but he needs better concentration. He cannot keep muffing punt returns. Also, if he sees a bunch of people coming before the ball gets to him he needs to call fair catch. Was i the only one worried when he caught the ball in the midst of all those defenders, that he was about to get popped and fumble the ball? But his speed - it's just amazing. If he watches some game film of Dante Hall returning kicks and punts, i'm sure he'd learn a lot.

Honestly, I'd rather have Thrash back on punts and Brown back on kickoffs.

Ding ding ding!. Brown is way too risky back on punts right now. He is amazing to watch returning so keep him for kickoffs and put anyone who can catch the ball back on punts. Good call Malcolm.

He was making me hella nervous, the guy really needs to understand when to fair catch it. First he fumbled that one return and then he caught it with a guy all over him. He seemed to settle down after that though, I'm sure Danny Smith was in his ear telling him it's ok to fair catch it once in a while.

I was hollering for a flag on the play where he didn't fair catch it 'cause I thought, "He must have signaled - what kind of idiot wouldn't?". I can't believe he didn't - he's definitely killing my blood pressure.

When he does catch it though, the guy is mustard. I'd love to see him involved in a few offensive plays, just to stretch the field if nothing else.

can't they do that drill with him where they shoot tennis balls out of a football machine. supposedly that technique has been really succesful at softening up brick hands. i agree that brown is a ticking time bomb and that his costing us a game is matter of when, not if.

what a gamble he is. definitely for kick offs, no more punt returns unless we're real behind.

I agree. We need Thrash back. Doesn't have the silly jets like Brown, but the man has glue on his fingers for punt returns.

I agree with the suggestion someone else made on the board. Use A. Brown only for kickoffs in the remaining games, and field Moss or Thrash or Farris on punts.

The Giants suck on kick-off and punt coverage (look at their game against the Minn. Viqueens) - so look forward to Antonio Brown taking a kickoff to the house next week.

morton was despised for fair catching brown is hated for never calling for a FC

maybe he should replace the ade as our 4th corner... its not like anyone's going to be able to run away from him.

I really like this guy but he's definitely a little crazy. He doesn't call for a fair catch with 5 guys in his face, then in the 2nd half he fair catches with 20 yards of room. Although I have a feeling the latter was an order from the coaching staff.

Antonio's the best threat we've had back there in a long time. He's just got to hold on to the ball. I would have thought he'd learned a lesson by his first week cut. I like the suggestion of having him return kickoffs only. Or maybe force him to fair catch every single punt.
