Peerless Price

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2246401

Should we take a flyer on him? I mean I know we have a devastating WR corp but he did play for Gregg Williams in Buffalo. Not sure if he would make any impact this year but thinking about next year--get him on the roster and come to a full camp next year. Thoughts?

Re: Peerless Price

I don't know if he really knows the cowboys offense. I thought one of the reasons he was inactive for so many games was that he couldn't figure out the offense.

I'd pass on him.

I feel for the guy. He actually had like fifty money bags dropped on his head a few years ago. I think he is still trying to count up all his stupid money. Peerless is one of those very dangerous type players. NFL mirage. Atlanta gave up a first rounder for that garbage. Yikes.

Re: Peerless Price

How does a guy fall this far? I mean this guy had 94 catches for 1252 yards and nine TDs just 3 years ago! That can't be a total fluke. He has to have SOME talent to pull off a season like that. Anyone heard why he has such problems now? I mean clearly he can't handle beign a no. 1 guy but he exceld big time as a 2. There has to be a spot for him somewhere.

He couldn't even handle being no. 3 in Dallas. I think he benefitted greatly from having a big guy like Eric Moulds line up at the other side of the field. Moulds, incidentally, is rumored to be on his way out of Buffalo this offseason. I'd make a push for him

Re: Peerless Price

I say try him out. Something tells me he'll play for vet minimum for the rest of the season and he'd love to have a chance against the Cowboys this season! I'll bet Skins have already thought about this...

Trust me, Eric Moulds is way past his good playing days. I have to watch the stupid Bills all the time, and Moulds is no where near the player he used to be. Lee Evans is really carrying (if you could call it that) the reciving corps up in Buffalo.

Re: Peerless Price

If we wanted talent at that level, we would have kept Kevin Dyson, or Rod Gardner.
