The Apprentice
Any fans in here? I wasn't a big fan of the show initially, but in one of my MBA classes the prof had us watching the show and discussing it weekly so I kinda got hooked.

Yeah I was hooked on that show as well, something tells me Trump is going to find some job for Kwame anyway.
Matty you're a fellow MBA student like me! How do you like it so far. Where are you going to school

I'm at The College of Saint Rose, a small school in Albany, NY, probably about 3000 students I'd guess. I also did my undergrad there. I like it alot so far, I'm headed into my second semester, taking 6 credits per. It's tougher than I thought though, balancing school with work. When I did my undergrad I was going to school full-time and working part-time, but man, doing it the other way around is alot tougher than I thought it would be. My classes run from 6:00-9:45 two nights a week. When the weekend rolls around I'm beat.

Matty, I'm at American U. in DC. Went there for undergrad as well. I started off part time as well. But it's hard to be a tv news producer (essentially on call 24 hours a day) and go to class as well. As you know MBA is especially hard because so much of the work is group work so you have to coordinate with your class mates. So anyway, I figured my financial situation was solid enough that I could devote one full year to just school. So I took 6 classes each of the last two semesters. It kicked my ass and I"m practically broke but now I'm just 2 weeks away from finishing. It's a good feeling but it's so hard to concentrate these days
Just heard on PTI that Cuban offered Kwame a job. Good for him

By the way....Jimmy Fallon from SNL attended St. Rose at the time...kinda puts the little school on the map I guess.

Hey Smoot, do you like American? Im hoping getting this job that will move me back to the DC area and they will pay for me to get my MBA. I have the choice or American and Georgetown. I dont have the position yet but ive been researching which school I would chose in the meantime.

Side Note: I always tried out for the Apprentice 2. I got an email from them saying they were hoping to get another U of Miami grad on the show. One of my roomates has a film degree and was going to make me an awesome application tape. But after watching one it seemed like I wouldnt have enough experience.

Skins, definitly don't give up. As long as you have the drive, I think you can definitly make it. Not to mention you could just randomly shout THEWARPATH.NET RULES! Then when Donald Trump realizes what an awesome sports fan you are, fires the other dude and you win!

Thatd be awesome. (No Offense Snyder but how could I pass up running the Skins, and getting paid a ton for it)

ill ask you more about it when I find out if I have that option. Id like it to be technology related. Georgetown and American are both more kown for different specializations then their general MBA. Georgetown for Econ, American for differnt Political Science stuff. Either one has a good rep, and if I kept the job with the gov it really wouldnt matter in teh long run anyways. They just want you to have a masters degree. Thanks for the opinion
