A different FedEx Field!!

Today's game vs. Seattle was something special for all those Skins' fans who were there. I have been going to games at FedEx field since the stadium opened in 1997. Sunday's game was the loudest it has ever been at that stadium!! It was so great to hear all of that noise after we were called "bush league" for making to much noise. As I left my seat and headed out to the main hallway on the main level the fans were still cheering in there and it was so loud that you could not talk to the person next to you. This was something I have never experienced at FedEx field. The employees were screaming and yelling as we exited the stadium and fans were cheering all the way to their cars. The emotion by the fans during that game was certianly something special and I can honestly say that hearing that cheering after I left my seat and just enjoying the moment at the end of the game almost brought me to tears. It was the greatest moment I have ever experienced as a Redskins fan. These fans are truely something special and we are one family, which was stated on the monitor as the Redskins were being introduced. I have never been more proud to be a Redskins fan and these moments will live on in Skins' fans memories forever.

Good for you...the fans are united, and what's better, the team is united. A bunch of unselfish, character guys that face the ups and downs together.

That said...not sure about Lavar Arrington - didn't like what Howie Long had to say about him in the half-time show.

So exciting to hear that FedEx is getting as loud as RFK used to get (if not louder).

Good Thread for my first posting here I´d say...

Hello all

Well, what I wanted to ask...

Do you only have places to sit in U.S. Stadiums and especially FedEx Field or will I be able to stand the whole game like here in Germany when I´ll ever manage to watch the Redskins live?

The crowd was really awesome. I sit in the club level and I'm always the loudest person in my section and most people sit on their hands. Yesterday, there were so many people being loud it made me so proud. The main thing was that there was noise and chatter all the time, usually the crowd goes dead for a while, but not yesterday. We are building something special at FedEx. People are going to fear us!!!!!!!!

Yeah, that I thought was good about yesterday was that people also were yelling "Shh!" when the Redskins O came in. Definitely becoming a special place.

The only way you can stand the entire time is if you are in the last row of a section, that being said in the club it is either row 9 or 10 I think 9 and also the last row which is near twenty give or take.
