Tough month for Darnerien
http://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/ho...l.jsp?id=36338
After being cut by the redskins a little over a month ago, danerien mccants was picked up by the eagles, two weeks later he moved to philly, two weeks later he is cut. I didn't like us cutting him but when you get cut by a team that has the receiving corp of a high school excluding one player it is hard for me to think that he is that good. some of his own words http://darnerien.com/commerce/myword...date=9/17/2005 |

Re: Tough month for Darnerien
A marginal nfl player like DMac doesn't have much of a chance to catch a break in those circumstances. New system + start of season + injuries = plenty of time for poetry and painting for Darnerien.

Re: Tough month for Darnerien
At least Darnerian will have plenty of time to draw paint and sing his baby making music. I would be surprised if he shows up somewhere and actually makes an impact. And yea, cut to make space for a kicker, ouch...

No doubt, McCants is self absorbed, but that's what people who are born in the month of July 21 thru August 21 have always been. We pride ourselves in doing what most people can not do. I was born in August, have a BFA ( Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Illustration, Lecture on Ancient History, play percussions, keyboards and sing. I have a serious reputation for three point shooting in pick-up games and have won several men's 30 singles tennis tournaments. So you see, we Leos do have a clear perception of ourselves. Looks like McCants will have plenty of time to paint, draw and sing. His website is hilarious.

Re: Tough month for Darnerien
McCants will be re-signed by the Eagles when Akers is ready to kick and they can waive France. He's a vested veteran so he will get paid for the week[s] he's off the team. If he gets a better offer he can sign elsewhere but most likely he'll return to the Birds in a few weeks.
