Today's Injuries

Ramsey was the obvious one with his neck, but I just read on the WP that Jansen broke his other thumb today and will have to play with both hands in casts next week, and Hall tweaked his quad near the end of the game and might not play next week.

The injury bug loves to bite us for some reason.

Re: Today's Injuries

it looked like Ramsey hit his head on the defenders knee pretty hard on that play too...

I hope everything turns out okay.

Re: Today's Injuries

damn i really thought with that cast on his thumb, it was what made jansen lack in some areas today, i hope having both thumbs like that doesn't hurt him.

How can it not? Two big casts? All I can say is that he better not get called for holding...

Re: Today's Injuries

I saw Ramsey get hit and I heard about the injury to Hall. However, I didn't hear about Jansen's thumb. Did anyone play offensive line in college? If so, how will the casts on both hands affect Jansen's play? Will it affect his pass-protection more than his run-blocking or vice-versa?

Well, at least Jansen getting called for holding won't be as easy.......

Re: Today's Injuries

Is John Hall the most oft injured kicker of all time? I mean how many times does he strain his quad? I guess we'll see Jeff Chandler soon...

Anyone else think that Jansen has pissed someone in the mafia off? Really, who gets 2 broken thumbs? Kidding of course, that's gotta suck for him, big ups to him being a battler and playing thru the pain..

Re: Today's Injuries

Lol after the game people were standing around for autographs and Janson came out with two casts on and some little kids were hounding him for an autograph. The old guy behind told them to shut up and look at his hands.

Good thing ramsey is fine because he took a hell of a shot.

Also outside Ryan Clark came up to me and I asked him if he was alright. He answered by saying that he wasn't alright(he said this in a funny way) and then said that he would be ready for monday night against dallas, he said today he was gonna be a fan watching the team, I told him he was gonna watch the team win, then he proceded to yell EEEK EEEK over and over, always in groups of two. EEEK EEEK

Good thing we don't have any huge injuries because we all know Ramsey could be really hurt.

No i think he had a bet with Wynn regarding the Notre Dame/Michigan game and had to hang by his good thumb for losing the bet.........hence the injury

Re: Today's Injuries

I'm definitely concerned with the Jansen injury. How is he gonna hold anyone without thumbs.
