If you don't like pregame shows but want some football...
Check out Comcast SportsNet. They are showing a flag football game. The teams are Redskins v Eagles and retired players are playing. Rypien, BMitchell, Leslie Shepherd, Joe Washington, Gary Clarke, etc.
Rypien has gotten pretty chubby, but he can still sit in the pocket and zing it.

Well, if you live just north of DC, we had the joy of being able to watch the Ravens pregame on Comcast SN instead! Thank God the pregame show and the game was on channel 9!!!
