Re: Defensive Flexibility

I like what he had to say about the middle linebacker. I mean, clearly someone will or should come into week 1 as the "starter"; but he obviously has alot of ideas and wants to use alot of different guys for that. I think the fact that Williams like's to use all of his guys, take their stregths, and make packages out of that, is what makes him such a good coach. I'm excited to see how our defense responds this year.

Re: Defensive Flexibility

Definitely. I really am hoping for a Barrow "Comeback Player of the Year" story...

Re: Defensive Flexibility

Hopefully we can keep him around that long.

If the D has another stellar year I'd imagine there will be a few teams knocking on the Skins door to interview Williams.

Re: Defensive Flexibility

What I like about him is that he's a team guy first. I would love to think that Snyder has some kind of verbal agreement about Williams being the coach post-Gibbs.

Re: Defensive Flexibility

GW gets paid head coach money already, so the only reason he'll leave is to become a HC now vs later...

Re: Defensive Flexibility

I like G. Williams as the next Candidate for the HC position!

Can we start an election campaign now? I think I have some coffee money here...............................
