Terrell Pryor Sr.
The Terrell Pryor Sr. experiment is over. All we heard coming into the season was his huge catch radius, but the way he short arms throws to the middle of the field, I see big body, small window for Kirk to hit. Two more drops last night. Then when he catches a sideline play late, he steps out of bounds a yard shy instead of taking contact. We let a warrior like Garcon walk for this? FRONT OFFICE FAIL. Thank God we only gave Pryor one year.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
That is what u get when a fucking genius like Dan Snyder is in charge of hiring other fucking geniuses to put together a football team. Pryor should not even be on an NFL roster. We have absolutely no weapons on offense except for a tight end that cannot stay healthy for three consecutive plays and a couple o lineman. Thank God our defense can hold the fort down ... oh wait they cant. Well atleast we have our special teams. Oh wait they suck too. I was hoping to wake up feeling a little better about the future of my football team. Apparently I didn’t. Have a lovely Tuesday everyone.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
I would say at this point cut your loses and try to trade or cut him and promote Robert Davis from the PS. Davis can’t be any worse.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
It doesn’t really matter. One wr is not going to make a difference. Unless he can call plays, run the football, and stop opposing teams on third down. Its just another year of the same old crap.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
We all saw that he played well for Cleveland last year, with multiple QB's. Either he can't grasp this offense, or he's a head case...or probably both....regardless he will see the field less and less I'm sure.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
I agree that Pryor hasn't panned out. I don't agree that it was a FO fail. They signed him to a 1 year show me deal. He hasn't. People need to understand we were NOT keeping DJax or Garcon. It wasn't happening. So they took a shot on a guy who looked promising, but they didn't overbuy either in length of contract or cash value.

Re: Terrell Pryor Sr.
He's an avg WR at best, last yr his stats were padded because they were always losing. Doc isn't much better, he's never healthy and can't run routes. Skins have made big time mistakes at WR over the years.

Basically they gambled like all teams have to do. They said with the age of Djax and PG plus factoring in the dollars they will want we will let them walk. We will back fill them with Doctson, sign Pryor and hope Crowder reaches the next level; sprinkle in some Grant for depth done and done. Honestly wasn't a bad bet unfortunately like any bet you have the chance to lose and so far this year we have lost on our WR bet.

Terrell Pryor Sr.
I wouldn’t totally give up on TP, although it’s become painfully obvious he needs a lot more polish as a WR. Hard to say if he’s worth bringing back. I probably would move on after this year. He just doesn’t look like a natural pass catcher.
Doctson is essentially a rookie, gotta keep working him up. |
