Re: Gameday

no snappy thread title? No stats to show how we will dominate? No witty OP?

Skins gonna rock the house today
End of 1st:
21-0 Skins
End of half:
28-7
End of 3rd:
31-24
Final:

Skins Win 38-34

Warpath faithful report 3 heart failures in 4th quarter.

Re: Gameday

I think skins win 31-21. Kirk will have 3 tds 1 int. Reed will dominate the packers with 9 catches 112 yards 1 td

So can someone fix the title of this thread? It's not just any gameday thread you know.

Re: Gameday

Breakfast is cooking and needs to be consumed by halftime of Vikes/Hawks because once the 3rd quarter starts I know my stomach is going to start turning every which way.

I wonder how the fan base of teams like the Pack, Pitt, NE, etc etc feel during the playoffs. Does this anxiety go away when your team gets at least this far pretty much annually? When not getting this far is considered a temporary "stumble" I feel like I shouldn't be this much of a wreck for a Wild Card playoff game, but the last three times our team has gone to the playoffs the season(s) that followed were not pretty.

Re: Gameday

All that burgundy padding that borders the field level seats looks weird to me. Why didn't they make it purple? Would it be too distracting for the QB who is usually trying to throw to purple jerseys?

Re: Gameday

Cam Chancellor with the obvious hold and it goes uncalled. How *not* surprising. Ugh.

Re: Gameday

Eh....that was a pretty nasty profile of the 'Skins by Costas just now. Was there really a reason to re-hash events from the beginning of the season? Are the Redskins the first ever team to rally late in the season to earn a playoff spot? Pretty angry.
