Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
•Folks in Washington are telling us that RS-RB Chad Morton and PK John Hall could be cut after June 1.
Thats from the rumor mill. Which would mean we would only have Randy Thomas left from our raid of the Jets. Yes I know, now we have Moss. But clearly the raid of the jets wasnt as good as we hoped. Morton is clearly cut. The Hall cut kinda sucks. He was a good kicker, great range. I guess his injuries are just getting to him. We should have never cut Akers, lol.

Re: Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
Hall will find a spot on some teams roster if we do cut him. And if Coles haden't turned into a little Bit-H :screama: the raid would still look pretty good.
But yea your right Thomas is the only one to really pan out for us.

Re: Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
I dont know that Hall would be cut without a training camp type battle. Morton is as good as gone, and I didnt hate it, but was never a huge fan of the pickup anyways. Coles is the only one that truly dissapoints me.

Morton had that big game for the Jets vs. the Bills. But what else has he done? Not much for the Redskins that's for sure.

SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Wont miss them. Hopefully we dont see some of out 2004 FA's on this list next year. Well Barrow might be on it this year. Either way, we need to start building through the draft. This is how teams can build depth cheaply. |

I like Hall if he's healthy. As for Morton, I never wanted him from the gitgo and I would chip in for his bus ticket out of town to be rid of him.

Re: Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
I thought cutting Morton would cost us more than it'd save us? are there any good kickers out there to replace Hall if this does come about? I just hope they don't sign one of the gramatica dip wads.

Re: Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
Hall is a clutch kicker if he's healthy. He's only gone if he really can't kick anymore. Then no one is going to want him.

Re: Randy Thomas could be last JetSkin
Neither Hall nor Morton being cut would surprise or upset me. Hall is average at best (seriously, just look at the numbers) and Morton is a waste of a roster spot.
