Redskin Media Bias?

My stance on Campbell at this point is well known, but at least I stick by what I say, I have had the belief for quite a while that there is a major bias towards Snyder, and it doesn't just stop with the media, I believe the league owner's hate the guy, and they see to it that the ref's do not remotly give us the benefit of the doubt on any call's, I am not saying that last season would have been any better than it was because of a few call's, and leave it at that, but I will say this, after watching the most obvious, ridiculous, and IMO bias calls happen over, and over again, I came to only one conclusion, the rest of the NFL has a real distain for Snyder, and are really ticked that he's part of the so called NFL owner's club.

It's pretty funny to hear Peter King put 1 thing in writing, then have the gaul to contridict himself in attemt to make us look bad, this article should put to rest any doubt on what Kings intentions are toward's the skin's.

I never liked too much of what King has had to say. (He was a Giants beat writer isn't that right?) However on this one point I don't think he really contridicted himself.

He said yes Campbell is a good choice for someone(this was pre-draft), but not for the Skins. The same thing could be said for the Lions picking up another WR. I happen to agree that while Campbell may turn out to be a good NFL QB, the Skins drafting him really muddles up our QB situation.

no doubt in my mind that the media are more biased to the redskins..... or is that because i am biased toward my skins.
i do think that the media is ready to jump on snyder everytime he does anything due to his track record, he hasn't made the best descisions, so y would it start now? it gives the media something to collectively laugh at. there are however those in the media that will give credit where credit is due. i don't know if the credit that the guy on 1st and 10 across from woody is deserved, he EXTACTLY said when asked who had the best draft "HAIL TO THE REDSKINS" he said rogers was going to TEN probowls and campbell was going to develope to be great. He said we are doing what normall teams do for a change and not any bonehead moves that end up biting us in the arse.

i am just saying that some in the media do enjoy going against the skins while some just speak their mind. i do think also some are biased toward the skins...... theismann, but that is to be expected.

Great job Offiss on finding that link. I hate Peter King. It starts with the blocking of Art Monk and then no matter what that pig King says something bad about the Skins. I wanna buy that guy the greasiest meal on planet earth and hope it clogs his arteries, then maybe Art Monk will be a HOF. Did i mention i hate Peter King?

Is there anyone in the media (besides ex-Redskins players) that actually has anything good to say about the 'Skins? It seems like any media outlet that has a story about the Redskins or their coaching staff puts a negative spin on it. Until the Redskins show they are at least a strong playoff team, we'll have to put up with it.

Skip balus (guy on cold pizza, Im sure i butchered his last name), and the PTI guys all seem to give the Redskins credit. Wilbon/Kornheiser are both homers though so it only kinda counts!

There is no media bias toward the redskins. The media could care less about the redskins or any other team for that matter. I used to live in pittsburgh and people there were saying all the same things about media bias, referee conspiracies, nfl bias, etc.. Its just fan paranoia.

There is some bias in the media and it's all because of one reason: Dan Snyder.

He hasn't exactly made many friends in the media since he bought the team, and there will always be people in the media that get a kick of of seeing him fall flat on his face.

Until the Skins start winning, the criticisms will continue to fly.
