Good images of Carlos and Jason

Just thought I would share two images I "found".
People can say what they want about the draft but I like both of these kids and we'll see about the others.

Hail yeah!

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

I like the Rogers pick. I dont think anyone really dislikes Jason Campbell as the player, in fact I watched a TON of Auburn football this year, and loved watching the kid. I just think people are more dissapointed about the way we went about acquring the pick when it was not going to be an area of need for the year. In addition, I dont think anyone dislikes Carlos Rogers, just some ppl wanted Williams. Personally I wanted Williams, but I knew it was him or Rogers and I was dissapointed for a few mintues, but I'm glad Rogers is on our team. I think he can make an immediate impact.

I definitely like Rogers as a consolation prize. I hate to reduce it to that, but I TOO really wanted Williams.

Mike Williams would have been a Dan Snyder pick. Carlos Rogers is a Joe Gibbs pick.

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

my thoughts exactly schneed. it shows that Gibbs does have the final say on players, since both Rogers and Campbell were guys he wanted...

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

Hmmm... I dunno. I do see Gibbs building for the future, but I also think that drafting a potential #1 would have been a good idea too since he fell right into our laps.

I don't think it would have been a Snyder move, I just think it would have been a "win now" move and not "building the franchise" like it seems Gibbs is doing.

Maybe it's me but unlike Rogers, Campbell didn't look to thrilled to be drafted by the skins.

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

Would you be thrilled to go to a team and sit on the bench?

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

I'm not sure if Campbell is the kind of guy that gets all smiley and giddy about stuff. I think he likes the idea of playing for Gibbs because the offense is similar to the one he ran at Auburn his senior season. Maybe he's just not the kind of guy that's going to jump up and down with glee.

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

At my Sports Pool forum I am using this new avatar I created
http://www.boastingrights.com/images...jasondraft.jpg

#17 Billy Kilmer
#17 Doug Williams
#17 Jason Cambell

I still like Patrick but it was a good move to get this kid even if we trade or sell him later if we don't need him. I think we'll wind up bringing him in.

peace

Re: Good images of Carlos and Jason

I really do think Rogers will be better than Smoot. Rogers is more physical than Smoot.
