All I want for Christmas
Name one thing realistically that you want to see happen in the off season (before free agency and draft) or at the end of this season to the Redskins.
For me it's Haz, Morris, and Forester shown the door. Chester cut, also we keep RG3 ( I haven't given up on him).

Yep, I'll take a management staff housecleaning.
Fire Hazlett. Get a GM. Get a QB coach. Get new scouts.

Re: All I want for Christmas
Allen moved back to doing contracts with AJ Smith taking over the personnel decisions, Haslett gone, and Griffin kept.

Re: All I want for Christmas
...is for Danny Snyder to get caught making a racist statement (like Donald Sterling) so he has to sell the team.

Re: All I want for Christmas
Man, you had to go and said realistically. Now, I'm going to have to go back and rethink my answer!

Absent of that though, a complete restructuring of the football operations. Nobody from in house stays. Fire the entire defensive staff except for Olividatti and Banks. Replace the OL outside of Trent and Kory

Coaching and players.

Re: All I want for Christmas
Complete FO sweep. Complete sweep of the defensive coaches.
RGIII traded to the Rams for 3 firsts and a second.

Re: All I want for Christmas
Dream scenario: we build a time machine and have the team steal every move the Patriots have made the last dozen years and we now have 6 Super Bowls with a possibility for a 7th this year.
Realistically: we do the exact opposite of what's been done the past two seasons, including finding a legit defensive coaching staff, legit starting offensive lineman and safeties, and don't make stupid splashy free agency moves.
