Somewhat of a Stunner

Anyone else kind of suprised someone took Clarrett as early as the Broncos did? I knew someone would take a shot on him but not in the first 3 rounds.

Dayne and Clarett on the same team, how fitting.

Denver is perfect for Clarett. If you've been out of competition for this long, I'd rather line up in Denver's system then some other team, where I'll get tacked the second I get the ball.

Re: Somewhat of a Stunner

the broncos spent their first 3 picks on CBs too lol... but they need them

I guess their plan to stop peyton is to line up 6 guys on the Dline and 12 CBs...

Clarett was surprising.

And 3 corners? Not like it really matters, Champ Bailey will still give up the big play at the worst possible time.

Re: Somewhat of a Stunner

Clarett will rack up 2000yds. Rogers will become the leagues top shutdown corner. We will then trade Rogers for Clarett in a couple of years! Wait, maybe I'm having a flashback.
