Redskinema
Hey guys, I thought I'd post a link here to my build thread. I'm building a theater in my basement that I named after the Redskins. I was originally going to make it burgundy and gold but ended up not.
It's not finished yet but should be by opening kickoff! Then ill be watching games on a 115 inch wide screen in 11.2 speaker surround sound with one of my 9(currently) home brews on draft in a chilled cup holder!! Let me know what you guys think. I've spent a solid 18 months on it so that's why I've done more reading that posting on here http://www.avsforum.com/t/1382233/re...ing-completion

A $15000 projector? I don't know whether to SMH or make myself your new best friend.

Re: Redskinema
Nice! As a former audio/videophile (too expensive!) I am impressed. In a couple of years I hope to turn my basement into something similar. I'll be working with a 12' width due to the support columns, unless I design the aisle in and around the columns, which could be doable...

Re: Redskinema
By the way, Saying Redskinema in my head makes me want to add an "x" to the end. Brings back good times during my teenage years.

Re: Redskinema
Looked it up...before you had mentioned you bought on demo. Still though that's impressive. I just spent a good 45 minutes rolling through that thread. I am in awe. I don't think I could be any more impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail it seems you have. Finish the damn thing now so I can see the pics.

Re: Redskinema
Too bad it's located in New Jersey!
Looking amazing. Do you think you'll be complete before that approaching 2-year mark hits?

Re: Redskinema
Damn. From the thread on that other forum it looks stunning so far. I can only imagine how awesome it's going to look when it's done. Congrats dude, I hope someday I can earn enough income to afford a magnificent haven to watch sports in. From the pics it looks like a lot of hard work has been done, I hope it's as stunning as you want it to be when it's finished.
