Eli is not elite SKINS vs midgets game day thread
Eli throws 2 picks and has a lost fumble. RG3 has 2 passing TDs and 1 Rushing. Morris has a rushing TD and 127 rushing yards. Williams and Hall get the picks, P. Ryan Kerrigan recovers the fumble.

It's not Gameday yet lol. Also, hate to be the Debbie downer here, but Eli is definitely elite. And if he's not, then elite is overrated. Because he is one of the most clutch qb's in the game and he's also directly responsible for their 2 recent SB wins. I think that whole argument is weak, because at the end of the day, 2 rings > elite. I'd rather be clutch than elite anyways.
But I do feel bad for starting off this thread by praising the opposing teams qb, so let me turn this around. Screw Eli, screw the giants, and hopefully after tomorrow we're .500 and still in it. Redskins all day, and twice on Sundays (or Mondays in this case.)

You're way early.
My OCD makes me hate these thread titles.

I second this. If people are going to make these ridiculously early gameday threads can they at least keep the usual "Redskins vs. *Opponent* Gameday Thread" title? Ugh.

Agreed. I can live with the capitalization but the missing semi-colon is killing me.

Unless we win tomorrow, then you will have to be early next week too. Of course what if by being 7 minutes early you have disrupted your winning ritual. You may have already doomed us.

Seriously? No Drew Brees? Eli's little brother is elite too, but he's not as elite as his brother. There's still differences among the top 5 QBs.

Re: Eli is not elite SKINS vs midgets game day thread
Speaking of winning rituals and luck, I haven't been able to fully watch the past two games that the Redskins have won. Against the Eagles, I was flying back from Vegas, and could only watch games through NFL RedZone (the BEST feature about flying Southwest) and the games against the Cowpukes, I couldn't watch the whole thing b/c of Thanksgiving dinner. Tomorrow, I will miss part of the Skins/Giants game b/c of class...so if we win, I probably will continue to miss part of the games or "watch it" through NFL RedZone.
Okay, now I feel like these guys....

Re: Eli is not elite SKINS vs midgets game day thread
I don't feel great coming into this game. Many small reasons.
1) When Andrew Luck has a great game; RG3 loses. 2) I haven't heard much talk from the giants in the past few days. They've been awfully quiet. 3) We are getting a lot of hype right now. 4) Every year theres a sports weekend or 2, where the NFL teams, and college teams that I root for to win, all lose. If the redskins lose tomorrow it'll complete that dreadful Losing weekend. 5) Redskins haven't been good on MNF in a while and they haven't won at home on MNF since 96. Why would we break the streak tomorrow?
