Around the NFL Week 11

Twitter
"Michael Vick still has time to heal, but the early signs are that he is unlikely to play Sunday night vs. Giants due to two cracked ribs."

Looks like the Eagles may be in the same boat as us for draft status.. LOL what a shit storm in Philly all that $ and NO Rings... HMM Wonder where we've seen that before.

I think they have enough TALENT to finish 6-10 or 7-9. Hahaha. (Am I supposed to laugh or cry here?)

Speaking of Vick, doesn't he have broken ribs? If so, how come the media is not overhyping the story as they did with Romo? LOL.

On a related note, I must say that the Iggles' failures are bittersweet. On the one hand, it is nice to see someone else commit the same mistakes our team used to do. But on the other it reminds me of the many times we committed those mistakes.

The only thing I can think of is because Romo won the game in which he broke his ribs. And played the next week with broken ribs and won again.

Vick did not win in spite of the injury, he lost because of it.

It's funny how Leinart and Young are going to try and audition on the same week. They're joined at the hip.

Because Romo is white. UH OH RACE WAR RACE WAR!

I would also like to add a disclaimer that this entire post is satire and therefore meant to not be taken seriously. In other words, and just because I like to be clear on this so as to not upset the delicate balance of the boards, this post is

SARCASM.

Wait, are you saying that Romo was hailed for his heroism b/c he is non-athletic?

You can call it sarcasm, but we know ... we know!

He's only a Mexican if one of his ancestors lived in Mexico.

No. Just like folks don't call Californians "Easterners".

I doubt if Tony Romo is a Mexican but he surely plays for Mexico's team.
