ASHBURN -- The positives are easy to see, as Redskins running back Roy Helu is anxious to point out. He and his college buddies, receiver Niles Paul and safety DeJon Gomes, encouraged one another during the training camp grind. They celebrated together when all three made the roster. In a new area, far from home, they provide a security blanket.
